Re: Booting from SD/SDHC with fit-pc2i

Thanks a lot.

Could you also please confirm I can't use the SD or SDHC boot on old motherboard revision (1.21)?

I'm maybe planning to buy a sata to SD adapter:

So i won't block a usb port for the operating software.

Thanks!

Re: Booting from SD/SDHC with fit-pc2i

Hi, I have received my fit-pc2 early 2010. I'm guessing it is a rev1.21. The Serial number indeed starts with 09091x-xxx. Am i then correct saying I can't boot Linux on a miniSDHC card? What about a miniSD Low Capacity card (till 2gigs)? Thanks for the support. Sebastien. [EDIT]: by reading this: ht...

Re: Windows XP installed, this computer remains still slow!

So if i'm right here is the situation:

WinXP + Flash 10.1 Beta 1 for having good quality and reasonable fps on online videos (youtube i.e.).

Then we must install powerDVD 9 for reading H264 movies (mkv btw) or divx. Which i tried and it doens't work.

Re: Windows XP installed, this computer remains still slow!

Hi,

I installed PowerDVD 9 Ultra, i tried Flash Player 10.1 Beta but there is no changes. The comptuer remains too slow, even only when surfing on the internet. Youtube.com SD videos are lagging.

Do you have a solution ?

Thanks in advance.

Re: Windows XP installed, this computer remains still slow!

Hi, thanks for your answer. Will it work better with Windows 7 ? Because i imagine with difficulties it would run without lagging on Windows 7. If i install Cyberlink H264 codecs will it work better ? http://fr.cyberlink.com/store/hd-264-pack/buy_fr_FR.html Many thanks. [EDIT]: I have read the post ...

Windows XP installed, this computer remains still slow!

Hi all, I purchased a FIT-PC2 computer three weeks ago because it seemed to be very powerful and able to read HD movies. I just installed WindowsXP and all FIT PC2's related drivers, i firstly tried GM500 drivers, then the other one but it is still very slow and unable to read HD 1080 movies (mkv fi...
