Display driver - GMA500

Alternative display driver optimized for GMA500 can be downloaded at
http://www.fit-pc2.com/download/xp-driv ... 1_1009.zip
It generally provides better performance than the IEGD display driver.

I got my Fitpc2 yesterday (love it) and I wondered what is the difference between fro GMA500 drivers xp-display-gma500-xxx and xp-display-iegd-xxx?
What to install?

Depends how are you going to use the computer. GMA has better performance, but IEGD works correctly without monitor attached.

IEGD is an abbreviation for "Intel Embedded Graphic Drivers". It's just a name
I suggest that in your specific case you use GMA drivers, and only if they do not work, switch to IEGD drivers.
