Audio problems at FitPC2i

Hello,
I'm using debian with fitPC2i for a longer period of time (~2 years). I use a simple stereo-amplifierer on audio-port. Some days ago the sound totally disappeared while hearing a music file.
I just got it back, if I unmute "Surround" in alsamixer, but the sound level is much lower than before. I also cannot control the output in my players like before (balance don't work there anymore). I don't want to use the "Surround-Channel". How can I get back the Front-Channel as Output-Device???
If I reboot (hard or soft) the fitpc2i, it comes up with no audio again and I have to unmute "Surround" again to hear sound at all.
