eSATA drive isn't recognized

Hi-

It's a Western Digital My Book Studio II.

Has USB, Firewire, and eSATA ports.

Works over USB and FW, but if I plug it in connected by an eSATA data cable it isn't recognized by the Intense PC.

Any advice?

BTW, the data cable is eSATA black male to male.

Thanks

Intense PC features eSATA port, and not sSATAp. Please check if your drive has an external power supply.
